1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
The wrong product is delivered
2. Reporting a Refund Request
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with images or videos of the product. Return will be acceptable within 7 days
Your order will be exchange and replacement will deliverd within 7 days .
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Cash refunds are not provided.
Refunds are processed and credited within your originalpaymentmethod within 5–7 business days.
